The building fills the whole of the surface area allotted to it, without recesses or articulations, which would reduce the possibility of increasing interior space.
Each architectural note in the facade corresponds to an advantage in use for the apartments : balconies, terraces, awnings, railings, exterior lighting.
The building is monochrome white, uniformly shiny, with high-gloss paint, PVC joinery and glazing giving similar effects in terms of surface quality. Furthermore 45% of the facade is glazing.
All of the apartments run the width of the building, and benefit from two aspects. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.
Thirty apartments gain an extra room 7 m2. This is an annex area weighted at 50% in the context of the rent calculation laws. This supplementary space allows the standard surface areas to be increased by 10-15%. It is located in the continuation of the living room, next to the kitchen. The tenant can easily open the light partition that separates the kitchen from the spare room to increase the kitchen space to 18 m2. As the lifts serve two apartments per level, the landings are almost private. They open directly onto the living area. As there is no corridor, the surface area recovered
